C.i.i. Food Service Design, founded in 1979, is a Michigan-based food facilities design consulting firm offering a complete variety of services including feasibility studies, programming, spatial analysis, layout, contract drawings, specifications, construction review services, final punch list, and so on. C.i.i. is not an equipment dealer, accepts no compensation from equipment manufacturers, and derives no benefit from the sale or specification of any equipment, but acts solely on behalf of the client to provide an objectively designed, competitively bid, and functionally efficient facility.

Through extensive design experience nationally and internationally, our clients receive a complete range of accurate assessment, recommendation, and review options. We act as experts and expediters to insure that the design meets the owner's requirements and seamlessly integrates into the work of the architect and other design disciplines.
C.i.i. Food Service Design has provided consulting services for all sizes and most types of food service operations from small family restaurants and snack bars to large correctional facilities and major cook-chill production centers.
